Men's Prayer:  All gentlemen are welcome to join us in prayer and fellowship, each Saturday at 9:30 AM.

Ladies in Fellowship Together (LIFT):  All ladies are welcome to join us in prayer and fellowship, the first Tuesday of each month (Fall/Winter), at 7:00 PM.  

All youth are welcome to join us each Wednesday night at 7:00PM for King's Kids (Grades 1-6) and the Flyer's Club (Ages 4-5). 

And for teens, we also have a youth choir and a youth group.

For everyone, ages 13 and up, we also have a volleyball team in the regional church volleyball league.   Support our church team!  We meet every Saturday, 3:00pm to 6:00pm.  Coal City Intermediate School, 305 E. Division Street, in Coal City, IL.




A Concise History of Ashley Road Baptist Church

On September 24, 2006, our church celebrated 37 years of worship within the Morris area community. We began as Grace Baptist Church, founded by Pastor Kenneth Dalton in September 1969, with first services held in a small building on High Street in downtown Morris. In the Spring of 1972, the church relocated to its current location on the corners of Route 6 and Ashley Road. In the past 37 years of service, Ashley Road Baptist Church has had a total of only nine different pastors. Our church founder, Pastor Kenneth Dalton, led the church for five years, and was followed by Pastors James Frisby, Robert Rexroad, Russell Hanson, Richard King, Rick Hershberger, Larry Olson, and Darryl Zingre.  Pastor Joel Robertson has led Ashley Road Baptist Church since August 2005.
